Pilot Scale Freeze Dryer LZ-PSF-A102
Pilot Scale Freeze Dryer LZ-PSF-A102 is a floor-standing lyophilizer that removes moisture from frozen products under vacuum. Its AISI 304 stainless steel chamber, shelves and condenser are leak tested with a helium mass spectrometer, and silicone oil circulation heats and cools the shelves. Two compressor refrigeration units serve the shelves and the condenser. It offers 0.3 m2 of shelf area and captures 6 kg of ice per batch. Labs use it to develop and scale up freeze drying recipes.
