Rapid Visco Analyzer LZ-RVA-A100
LZ-RVA-A100 is a rapid visco analyzer for the analysis of the stirring and gelatinization behaviour of starch contained in wheat, corn, rice, sorghum, potato and other grains and crops. Reproducible results are achieved by programmable heating and cooling rates up to 15 °C/min, speeds from 20 to 5000 rpm and direct sample temperature sensing. Software calculates peak viscosity, final viscosity, breakdown and setback and exports reports to Excel or PDF. Short testing times make it perfect for quality control and busy research laboratories.
