DNA Fragmentation System LZ-DFS-A100 is a non-contact ultrasonic DNA and chromatin fragmentation system designed for precise sample shearing in genomics, epigenetics, ChIP assays, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and molecular biology applications. The system utilizes advanced closed-tube ultrasonic technology with isothermal processing to provide highly reproducible DNA, RNA, and chromatin fragmentation. It supports processing of up to 12 samples simultaneously with sample volumes ranging from 5µL to 3mL, making it suitable for both micro-volume and high-throughput laboratory workflows. Its integrated cooling system, automatic frequency tracking, adjustable ultrasonic power, and touchscreen control interface ensure stable operation and highly consistent fragment distribution. Probe-free ultrasonic design, uniform energy distribution and precise processing control provide excellent repeatability for sensitive molecular biology experiments.
